My First Go at 'Proper' Off Roading

Thought I ought to have a go at riding off road. No kidding....it's more frightening doing 10 mph off-road than going full chat down the back straight at Snetterton on a sports bike !

I had 3 days with Kevin at Adventure Bike Training in Syderstone around May 2016. Good bloke and good fun, worth a recommendation for anyone wanting to give it a go.

2 Days on Kevin's bike (fell off once) then 1 more on my bike (fell off 4 times). Using a 260 Kgs bike off road needs bigger nuts than I have ! Anyone doing this is a proper hero in my book.

Here I am going down a hill (honest - it's about 45 degrees) on Kevin's bike (BMW R1200 GS) and again on my bike (BMW R1200 GSA) in the sand pit (second fall coming up !).
